STATEMENT BY THE EMPEROR. ■ London, December 5. The Emperor Karl, addressing the Austro-Hungarian Delegation, said that' Austria and Hungary were ready for an honourablo peace, and he hoped tho Russian peace negotiations would be successful.—Reuter.
