Toronto, December 5> Mr. Arthur Pollen (the well-known naval publicist), a British naval expert, expects that before the war ends there will bo a naval battle of unimaginable violence, in which now engines of destruction will bo used, resulting in the annihilation of the German Feet and part annihilation of tho British I'leet.
