REVELATIONS AT 'FRISCO PLOT AGAINST INDIA San Francisco, December 5. Lieutenant von Brinken, a .German military attache; George Rodick, cxConsul for Germany, at Honolulu, and H. Schrieder, Rodick'e successor at Honolulu, pleaded guilty at the trial of thirty-four defendants, including Hindus, accused of plotting to overthrow British rule in India. The scheme involved tho shipping of arms and ammunition to India to certain seditious natives there. A r on Brinken admitted his guilt, in order, he said, to avoid further dis-closures—Aus.-N.Z.
