FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for modorato to strong easterly to northerly winds. Weather warm and humid, dull and misty at times in many parts. Barometer has a falling tendency everywhere. , The weather has been cloudy and mißty in most parts of the Dominion, and moderate to Btrong easterly winds have prevailed.
