RUBBER PURCHASE
BY AUSTRALIAN MANUFACTURERS. Melbourne, December 1. A Rubber Trade Conference has reached an agreement whereby the whole of the rubber produced in Papau and the South Sea Islands is to bo purchased by Australian manufacturers upon terms mutually agreed on. The prices are based cn tho Singapore parity, plus cost of freight to Australia.—Press Assn.
