ANOTHER GERMAN FORCE SUR- I RENDERS. London, November 28. Reutor's special correspondent at Nolanda states that Colonel Tafel, with the remainder of his force, has surrendered.—Renter. (Reo. November 29, 10.10 p.m.) London, November 28. An official .report from East Africa states:—"The Gerinans who were dislodged from Sembas are reported to bo in the vicinity of the Revuma River, short df food and ammunition. Colonel Ta.fel, from the Mahenge area, with 1110 Germans, 1212 Askaris, and 2200 otiher natives, surrendered unconditionally in the vicinity of Newala." —Aus.-M.Z. Cable Assn.
