Best bullocks, £22 10s. to £24 1 medium to good, £18 10s. to £20: best cows and heifers, £16 10s. to $18 lOs.'; extra,, £19 17s. 6d.; medium to good, £14 to £16; others, £11 upwards. . Sheep (1907 penned)— Tho ouality was good, but competition was hardly as good as of late, and prices eased about 10s. 6d. for woolly, and values for shorn were about equal to lata rates. Primo .ivoolly wethers, 465. 6d. to 625. Bd.; extra, 595.; medium to good, 445. to 4fls.; best ewes, 445. to'4Bs.; extra, 525.;, medium to good, 41s. to 435.; prime shorn wethers, 365. 9d. to 395. 3d.; extra, 48s. 6d.t medium to good, 335. to 355. 9d.; best shorn ewes, 325. 9d. to 865.; extra, 425. 3d.; medium to pood, 295. to 31s. Lambs (141 penned)— Prices were hardly up to last week's rates. Best, 345. J medium, 235. to 265. There was a small yarding of fat pigs, and competition was not keen. Last week's rates were scarcely maintained, especially for light sorts. There was a medium entry of stores and prices were well maintained.
