Kendall, New Zealand Medical .Corps, relinquishes l\is appointment as a Member of a special district medical board. Dated November's, 1917. Captain (temporary) T. O. M ; Ke!lar, M.S., M.B. (Edinburgh), Now Zealand Medical Corps, is appointed a member of a special district medical board, and granted the pay of licuteiuut-colonel at Expeditionary Force rates whilst eo acting. Dated. The undermentioned officers of tlio New Zealand Dental Corps relinquish tlieir appointments as expert dental advisers to a medical board and tho honorary rank of captain whilst so employed Honorary Captains K. H. llothenberg, New Zealand Dental Corps, relinquishes his appointment as dental examining officer to a district medical board, and the honorary rank of captain whilst so employed. The notification published in the N.Z. Gazette, No. 141. of September ' 13, 1917, relating to Captain T. W. Sommerville, Unattached List (b), General List, is cancelled, and the following substituted: —Captain T. W. Sommerville, Unuttached List (b), General List, is appointed assistant quartermastor on tho "Rationing and Messing" Staff, Featherston Camp. Dated July 24, 1917. Lieutenant (temporary Captain) J. fl. Strauchon, New Zealand Dental Corps, performed the duties of dental examining officer to a district medical board from September 21, 1917, to November 1, 1917, is detailed for duty at Trentham Camp, and retains the temporary rank of captain, "whilst so employed. A. Division), and is attached for duty to the Royal Now Zealand Artillery temporarily whilst employed at Wellington Forts. Dated October 27, 1917. 2nd Lieutenant E. I'. Fenton to bo lieutenant. Dated August 27, 1917. The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) S. G. Robinson is confirmed. 2nd Lieutenant R. M. Sterndale, having permanently left the Dominion, relinquishes his rank and appointment, and is struck off the strength with effect from October 30, 1917. Tho appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) R. W. AVinter lapses under the provisions of paragraph 89, General Regulations, 1913. Dated November 6, 1917. Medical Corps, is appointed a member of a special district medical board, and granted the Day of lieutenant-colonel at Expeditionary Forco rates whilst so acting. Dated October 29, 1917. Lieutenant (Honorary Captain) R. G. Crawford, N.Z. Dentai Corps, relinquishes his expert dental adviser to a special district medical board, and the honorary rank of captain whilst so employed. Dated November 1, 1917. Lieutenant (Honorary Captain) L. F. N.Z. Dental Corps, relinquishes his appointment as dental examining officer to a district medical board, and the honorary rank of cantain whilst so employed. Dated November 1, 1917, Honorary Lieutenant (temporary) A. G. Barlow, N.Z. Permanent Staff, relinquishes his appointment as ship's quartermaster on H.M.N.L. transports, and is appointed quartermaster.
