A wealthy orphan girl marries on a business basis a man somewhat older than herself. Ho intends honestly enough to respect Iter Gido of the contract, but the louelyießS of his bndo and the tide of love that threatens to overwhelm him, prove too strong, and trouble comes to the unhappy pair. EMPRESS THEATRE. The star featuro now screening at the Empresa Theatro is a World Film drama, 'The Little Duchess," with Madgo Evans, tlio clever child-actress in the leading role. Geraldine is a little orphan who runs away with a little boy friend, and together they join a circus. Rho is traced by the agents of Earl Oarnmore, her grandfather, and goes to live with him, bringing brightness into tho life of the grouchy old man. EVERYBODY'S THEATRE. Douglas Fairbanks ia starred in "Tho Habit of Happiness," the feature now screening at Everybody's Theatre.
