A CIUSIS PRECIPITATED. (Rec. November 19, 10.40 p.m.) Peking, November 18. Indignation against the granting of important mining, financial, and munition concessions to Japanese concerns has led to a Cabinet, crisis. Nobody is willing to talco tho Premiership owing to the impossibility of securing mediation between tha conflicting elements.
