STATEMENTS ABOUT NEGLECT , REFUTED. 1 (Rec. November 11, 5.5 p.m.)
London, November Sir Thomas Mackenzie (New Zealand High Commissioner) refutes the statements which, have been appearing in New Zealand papers alleging that soldiers arriving in London are neglected. Numerous organisations are caring for tho soldiers, and notably for tho Now Zealanders, besides soldiers' clubs, canteens, theatres, and private hospitality. Tho men aro invariably met on arrival and convoyed to quarters with the 1 utmost possible safeguards to health.
