GERMAN CHIEFS IN COUNCIL
■ PROBABLE EXTENSION OF WAR AIMS. ■ Paris, November 5. The "Matin's" correspondent at Zurich states that Von Hindcnburg_ presided at the great military and political covncil. Von Ludondorff and most of the members of the Federal Council attended. It is reported that the council dealt with the probable revision of Germany's war aims in the direction of increasing -the demands on her enemies.—Aus.-N.Z.
