MEXICO AND THE WAR
Mexico City, October 25. The majority of tho Senators have informally voted in favour of severing relations with Germany and observing benevolent neutrality towards tho Allies. A breach with Germany is expected soon. Opinion is .rapidly turning. Senators have declared that Mexico*must align herself with' the nations fighting the battle of civilisation. Tho speakers highly praised the United States, and minimised the previous differences between the countries—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
