C.E.O'B.J.—Thore is no fixed dato All single men of military age enrolled in the reserve have been drawn in tho ballot, accepted as volunteers and accounted for in eonie othor way. Men who havo not enrolled* and so have escaped being drawn are guilty of an offence, and are liable to arrest. Mr. P. C. Webb, M.P., i<3 a member of the First Division, and was included in tho list of men called Tip for service by Gazette dated October 2.
