DOWNFALL OF CABINET EXPECTED RIOTS IN TURIN October 19. An acute Cabinet crisis has occurred, and tho downfall of the Cabinet, is believed to be imminent. The crisis has been hastened by serious riots in Turin, arising out of a declaration that the provinces of Alessandria, Genoa, and Turin are within the war zone. The riota were mainlv due to the breakdown of the bread supply, for which the Government is widely blamed.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. SOCIALIST DEPUTIES HECKLE WAR MINISTER INTERFERENCE WITH CADOENA'S PLANS ALLEGED. (Rec. October 21, 5.5 p.m.) Rome, October 19. Socialist Deputies called Signor Bissolati, the Minister of War, a renegade, and accused him of interfering with General Cadorna's plans by offering to send half a million men to France while the enemy was threatening Italy. Signer Bissolati eaid that the Socialists were causing disaffection, and declared that if the country were endangered he would not hesitate to order her internal enemies to be shof". COAL FAMINE IMPENDING. New York, October 19. The "New York Sun" Washington correspondent Teports that advices from Rome state that a coal famine in Italy is impending.
