INCENDIARY FIRES ON SHIPS

When Harold Batten, formerly employed by tho Union Stoatn Ship Company, appeared in court, charged with forging a seaman's discharge certificate, tho police stated that a quantity of gelignite and dynamite detonators and fuses and correspondence relating to explosions .on ships was found in his possesion.—Press Assn.
