SWEDISH DISPATCH BAG INTERCEPTED. SENSATIONAL BISCLOSUEBS PREDICTED. New York, October 16. The Washington correspondent of the New York "Sun" states that the British authorities at Halifax have intercepted a bag of dispatches from Sweden, which are now held m Washington. The Swedish Minister pressed for. their release, but was informed that ho must agree to disclose the contents of the documents.
