Ihe question is one of shortage of men. • Dr. Newman: There are plenty of men willing to go on for the day. Mr. Herries: If wo do this for one club,. «;c Will linve to do it for the whole Dominion. An hon. member: Cut them all ri»ht out. ° • Mr. Herries: The offer has not- como to mo yet. but when it does I think I will probably have to refuse it.
