At a great mooting of sailors and firemen, held at Cardiff, in devise after-war punishments for tho Germans i'or their submarine crimes, a, resolution was passed asking the employers, (o refuse lo employ Germans on land or sea, requesting tho public to refuse to buy German goods, aud desiring master mariners to refuse the German Hag, the lioycolt to continue for at least two years, an additional month io be added for every future crime.—Renter.
