REPORT 01' THE COMMITTEE. . Dr. A. IC. Newman (Wellington East) asked in tho Houeo of Representatives yesterday when tho report of tho Cost of Living Committee would bo placed before members. Would tho Prime Minister appoint a time for its discussion and promiso members an opportunity to read the report before tho debate? Mr. Ma6sey said the report of the committee would havo been placed before tho Houso last Monday if an adjournment had not been necessary. It v:a» proposed now to bring down tho report on Monday evening next. Thcr.o were difficulties in tho way of circulating tho report prior to the debate.
