FROM SPINAL MENINGITIS. The Defence authorities advise that No. 62,481 Pte. Ernest B. Vinson, C Coy., 31sfc Reinforcements, died at Trentham Jlilitary Hospital at 10.30 a.m. on Monday. The certified cause of death was coiebro spinal meningitis. No. 58,239 Pte Kcnelyn A. Wallis, 35tli M.R., died at Peatherston Military Hospital, at 5 a.m. on Sunday, the certified cause of death being cerehro spinal meningitis.
