Tne weekly peeling of the Wellington Football Association was held last ovening. Bγ. A. E. Wells (chairman), and (Messrs. W. Auld, F. O'Driscoll. C. Webster, 1!. Hill, Y- Yeoman, W. 'Duncan, and A. Williams (hon. secretary) were present. Arrangements were made for a fancydress costume match at Lower on Saturday, the. proceeds to go to the Red Cross Fund:Kntries Tor the Scouts Competition are to 1«) called for by the next meeting. Ten entries lor the six-a-sidc tournament were received. Entries will close next Wednesday,' to lie in the hands of the secretary before the meeting. The transfer of 'W. Wanden, of Wadestown, to the Boys' Institute was granted in the third division. Permission was granted to the Instituto third team to play the Nomads from Chrietchiirch on Saturday next at Association Park No. '-'• - . sir. The semi-tinal of the Schools Competition was drawn, and resulted: Marist (Ncwtbwn) v. Porirua, at Johnsonvillo. Tlie winner to meet Marist T in the final, dates to bu mutually agreed upon.
