UNSETTLED WEATHER
. Yesterday in Wellington was fine, but the sky had an .-unsettled-,, appearance. Elsewhere the weather has improved, and the -barometer has risen. ■ Present indications are for northerly and westerly winds, increasing' from strong to gale, with an early fall of tho barometer in the south. Unsettled and squally weather, with rain following, especially in tho western districts, may he expected.
