WELLINGTON TENNIS CLUB
The annual meeting of the Wellington Lawn Tennis Club was held on Thursday evening. Mr. E. Van StaVeren presided, Officers were elected as follow:—President, Mr. E. V. Kirltcaldie; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. W. Eraser, A J. Pernie, \ Hobv, H. W. Brown, and F. Grady; committee, Misses V. Allman M. Bigg, Messrs. B. H. Wild, J. D. Harper, ami Tt. 'Henderson; lion; secretary, Miss _ li. Rogers; hon. treasurer, Mr. C. P. i'aire; hon. auditor, Mr. A. R. Coad, P-I-A.NJ. K vote of thanks was passed to Mr. \V. M Egglestone, the retiring- treasurer. Mention was also made of the excellent work done for thtfclnb by Messrs. W. D. Irons and R. Kennedy, who have now joined the colours. i
