FOR OVERSEA. STEAMER. 1 When the bell was' rung and labour called .for to work the' cargo of an overseas steamer yesterday there was no response from the workers. As there were many watersiders in the vicinity at the .time it was evident that they had decided to boycott the vessel in question.
