CAMP NOTES
The following is the movement of i rnop; from Featherston for the week ending Saturday, September 29:—Tuesday, 25th: B and 0 Ooys., 30th, A, B, C, F, and GCoys., 31st, and 37th n.c.o.'s move to Trentham; 33rd Reinforcements will move from Trentham to Tauherenikau Camp; 31st N.Z.F.A. return from final leave. Thursday, 27th: 33rd Spec. Coy. will proceed on final leave. Saturday, 29th: 31st, Spec. Coy., return from Papawai. The following n.0.0.'s and men, having passed tho prescribed test, have been classified as trained signallers, and are entitled Jo wear the efficiency badges:— 29th, N.Z.M.E.—Ptes.. T. Lynch, J. Millie. 30th, Specs. Signal Section—Ptes. C. F. Higginson, A. J. Toss, It. A. E. Smith J. H. Skelley, E. 0. Withers, B. Trick* ett 'Sflth Divisional Signallers—Corpl. J. A. R. Brown, Sprs. E. E. Perott,- 11. R. Capstick, D. Steel. The following temporary appointments have been approved by tho Camp Commandant at Featherston-Corpl. W. It. Cocker, B Coy., to be sergeant; Ptes. T. n. Whaler, C. O. Bell, G. A. Carswell, P. A. Belliss, J. G. Parrott. P. Burke, F. Simpson, B Coy., 30th, to lie lancecorporals; Corpl. A. L. F. North, C Coy., 80th, is granted the temporay rank of sergeant. v The following probationary corporals of tho 34th, N.Z.F.A., have been con* firmed as temporary corporals:—E. A. IL Scolan E. M. Ilodder, E. B. Williams, E. V. E. Smith. O. IT. Beetham, C. J. Cardno, M. Valkner.
