A COALITION CABINET. Ottawa, September 18. Tho Borden Coalition Cabinet has been practically decided upon. Mr. .Hugh •Guthrie, Mr. W. G. Turrif, and other leading Liberals are included; also a Labourite. Sir Robert Borden has announced that even if tho Conservatives are clectod ho will omit no effort to form, a Union Government—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Ottawa, September 18. It is expected that tho first hundred thousand men will be selected bofore November 10. Twenty-fivo thousand will bo prepared to go overseas immediately, and tho remainder as required.—Aus.N.Z.
