Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN", September 13. Sales: Huddart-Parker, 335. Sale reported: National Mortgage, £3. SYLVIA REEFS, LTD. The mine manager of the Sylvia Beefs, Ltd., reports under dato September 15: — "During the week the following work lias been in progress:—The drive on the reef north of the main crosscut was advanced 9ft. The reef is wider' than tlie drive, but is not carrying as much mineral. In the south end, in the stope north of the function, the reef is over 7ft. wide, and is very heavily mineralised. We have started to stope south of the junction on the hanging wall reef, which is 15in. wide; good values and fairly well mineralised."
