Thore wero at tho close of the year 2421 contributors on active service, who were in receipt of the concession cf half contributions granted by the Government on their- account, tho cost of which for the year amounted to .£3338 2s lOd. The Minister, in moving that tho Teport bo adopted, Teforred (o tho satisfactory state of tho fund is disclosed in this paper.
