Reports received in Christcaurch regarding the salvage prospects of the Opouri, -which ran on the rocKS oil tl e Greymouth bar two days ago, are not of a very satisfactory nature, Yesterday a strong north-wester caused the sea to rieo rapidly, and the stranded vessel in consequence Teceived a heavy poundng, has made her list mush more acnte. However, a small portion of the cargo was removed and also one ot Me boats. ■ ■
