FINANCE BILL—TAXATION PROPOSALS
A general meeting of tho "Wellington Chamber of Commerce, to whioh all commercial men are invited, willbo held to-day at tho Chamber to consider the taxation proposals, and particularly .the taxation of shareholders of companies. Representatives from other centres are attending, nnd as the matter is one which is of considerable concern to the business community it is expected that tho meeting will be largely attonded.
