INTERCOLUBGIATE TOUHNAMENT.

Tho final match in tho intercollegiate football tournament resulted in a drawn game (three points each) between Christ's College.and- Wanganui Collegiate School. Kennedy scored a try for Wanganui and Hargroaves kicked a penalty goal for Christ's College. The Christ's College forwards dominated the play for fully three parts of the game, nnd gave their backs plenty of chances, but the passing -was very 'feeble indeed. .The Wanganni backs played a far more eteady gamo and supported their forwards much better than , the Christ's College' bheke did tjicir pack. On Friday next Palnier6ton North will welcome youthful Rugbyites from tho school districts of "Wellington, 'Wairarapa, and Wangahui. On Saturday will commence a series of gauiej between these teama and the Hanawatu representatives. .The series will occupy nearly a week, and in addition arrangements have been made by the local'officials to entertain the. visitors, so that an enjoyable visit is assured.
