Fat cattle were easier, prices being about equal to those of three weeks ago. Fat sheep, sold at about Is. to Is. (id. per head below the-parity of the last sale. For any good'lines of store sheep there was an active demand,- but dealers' lots were inoro difficult to sell, and a number were passed in. There was a fair demand for store cattle, and all classes of pigs sold well. •■' Store Sheen.—2 and 4-tooth ewes, to 255.-; 4, G, and ~8-tootli ewes.. 28s. to 3Gs. fid.; s.m. ewes, 31s. 3d. to 335.;'2, 4, and fi-tooth wethers, : 3(s. 6d. to 365.. 10d.; merino wethers, to 255.; ewe hoggets, to 345. 3d.; wether hogeets, to 335.; mixed sex, 17«. to 285..
