9 ~- MAY BE THE LAST. • Tho ienlli ballot is to bo <lrawn hw' morrow. About 15,000 names will lie drawn, and it is expected that the result of the. drawing wiH not bo available lor publication till the end of next week: at the earliest. This ballot will tako two-thirds of tliei men remaining in the First Division, and as there will bo only alrout eight; thousand names left, this may be the last ballot. Next time a draft is required the whole of the remainder of tho division may be taken.
