GERMANY'S LOST COLONIES
BRITISH DOMINIONS OPPOSED TO RESTORATION. London, August 15. In the House of Commons, Mr. D. Macmastor said he was assured that the Governments of tho Dominions were uniformly opposed to the restoration of tho German colonies. They all realised the danger of Goi'inany regaining possession of colonies near them. He urged the Government immediately to carry out tho recommendations of tho Imperial Conference in order to make the harbours of tho Empiro adequato and to ensure sufficient food supplies and transport for them, to control tho Empire's resources for national purposes, and encourage the manufactures of tho Empire.—Tho "Times."
