ONE WAY OF ADVERTISING. More about the hold of the Meat Trust on the Aew Zealand frozen meat trade was mentioned m Iho House of Representatives yesterday. 1 Mr Nosworthy asked (he Prime Minister whethor the Government had had-its attention drawn to the following cablegram, a,nd, it so, whether they were taking 6teps to deal with it. Tho cablegram to which he referred was an extract from ji message from Messrs. Gilbert Anderson—
"Strongly protest to Massey Government inspectors' meat labels .stamped Armour. Meat being pooled. All channels of distribution forced to advertise I rust. Buyers strongly object.-" Mr. Massey: In reply to the question I may say that.niy attention has been drawn to this matter. I had a telegram from the High Commissioner on this subject a very few days ago, and I gave instructions to the Department that the practice must.be discontinued.
