HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL

In his report to the council the inspector of works (Jfr. J. W. Cudby) denied this, claiming that they' are more of a protection than a menace. Neither did ho hold with the suggestion that lengthening some of the culverts would add to the safety of the road.
