IRISH CONVENTION
A PROCEDURE SUGGESTED. (Rec. August 9, C.-lo p.m.) London, August S. The Press Bureau states:— At the Irish Convention to-day -Sir Horace Plunkett suggested a procedure by which the existing scheme for the govornment of Ireland might bo ixamincd and presented to tho Convention for its consideration. Tho Convention decided to appoint a standing committee to consult with tho chairman regarding the general procedure,—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.-Reuter.
