i PREVENT RECURRENCE OF CRIMINAL AGGRESSION DEFENCE OF PEOPLE'S RIGHTS (Ree. July 28, 8.5 p.m.) Paris. July 27. The Inst sitting of tho Balkan Conference declared that tho Allies were more closely bonded than over in the defence of the rights of the peoples, particularly of the Balkans. It was resolved that the enemy must lay down his.arms only when our aim has been accomplished, making impossible a recurrence, of the criminal aggression for which Iho Central Powers wero responsible.—Aus.-N,7/.
