FINANCING THE WAR
INCREASE IN UNITED STATES BUDGET ADDITIONAL LOANS TO ALLIES New York, July 27. The "New York Herald" estimates that the new War Budget will be increased to nearly ten thousand million dollars, including additional loans to the Allies. The War Trade intelligence Section of the Exports Council is sending representatives to all neutral ports in order to check their imports and thus prevent supplies .reaching Germany.
