ACCORDING TO GERMANY. (Rec. July 24, 7.10 p.m.) London, July 23. A German official report states:—'"Our air squadron bombed Harwich. Visibility enabled tliem to bomb with good effect.' All returned."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Reutei'.
