(Rec. 7uly 24, 7.10 p.m.) Athens, July 23. The Government has been notified that all the Allied troops have been withdrawn from Greece excepting the bat 1 talions in the occupied districts _of Epirus, pending the negotiations which are proceeding between the two countries.
