RESERVIST FINED
Napier, July 24. W. A. Shires, of Pakowhai, for failing to enrol, was fined i'3o by Mr. Poynton, S.M., to-day. Defendant said he did not intend to defy the law, but his refusal to enrol was a niatter-of principle.
