PROPOSAL BY SOUTH WALES MINERS. (Dec. July 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, July 21. Tho South Wales "Minors' Executive will hold a conference on August 2 with n view to ascertaining organised Labour's opinion on peace terms, to enablo them to bo presented to the Labour bodies in tho belligerent countries, asking the latter to compel their Governments to adopt terms.—Aus.-N.Z.
