The committee of- the Wellingofn Second Division League met last evening, the president, Mr. K A. Armstrong, being in the chair. . •V letter was received from the Minister "of Defence on the subject of prc-ballot medical examination, suggesting that I lie commtitee should meet him, together with the Director-General of Medical Services and the Adjutant-General, for the purpose of. discussing the points at issue. It was decided to endeavour to arrange the meeting for this afternoon.
