HIGH BELGIAN OFFICIALS ARRESTED
MORE GERMAN "REPRISALS." (Rec. July i, 11.10 p.m.) Havre, July 3. General von Falkenliaiisen, German Governor of Belgium, has arrested Count Doultremoiit, former Grand Marshal to the late King Leopold, and twenty other high Belgian officials, including the Minister for tho Colonies. It is supposed that this means reprisals for the alleged bad treatment of German officials by Bel-gjflnsj—Aua.-N.Z. Cable Assn.. '
