A,Czech deputy, Preschek, in the Austrian Chamber, declared that tho AustroGernian alliance was. a disastrous one, which plunged Austria into a world war which Germany started. Tho entire world was hostile to Austria, who would suffer for Germany's crimw. Hβ urged Austria to break loose.
