AUSTRIA HATED FOR HER PIRATICAL ASSOCIATE. Berne, July 3. A,Czech deputy, Preschek, in the Austrian Chamber, declared that tho AustroGernian alliance was. a disastrous one, which plunged Austria into a world war which Germany started. Tho entire world was hostile to Austria, who would suffer for Germany's crimw. Hβ urged Austria to break loose.
The Emperor, in addressing tho party leaders, said he regretted the speech. Tho Alliance, ho said, was the foundation of Austria's security, and tho basis of her foreign policy.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
