CONCESSIONS TO SOLDIERS. London, July 3. In the House of Commons, Mr. Bouar Law announced reductions in tho aoiusemont tax. Tho duty on the lower classes of tobacco would be reduced from 20d. to lid., as a special concession to soldiers and wounded in England.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
