No fancy figures were recorded, though the rates woro materially better than last year. There was an exceeding-' ly keen-demand'for British breeds, and record prices for Now Zealand lots. Border Leicesters, on behalf of Messrs. Dowthwaite, Nixon, Ronnie, and Sutherland, ranged from 5 to SO'gns.; Corricdalcs, on behalf of Mr. Ensor, ranged from 0 to 72Jgns,
