(Kec. July 3, 10.50 p.m.)' Sydney, July 3. At tho Stud Sheep sales Tno demand for merinos was firm and steadilv maintained. No fancy figures were recorded, though the rates woro materially better than last year. There was an exceeding-' ly keen-demand'for British breeds, and record prices for Now Zealand lots. Border Leicesters, on behalf of Messrs. Dowthwaite, Nixon, Ronnie, and Sutherland, ranged from 5 to SO'gns.; Corricdalcs, on behalf of Mr. Ensor, ranged from 0 to 72Jgns,
