At Thursday's meeting ■of the City Council the Public Health Committee reported-with' regard to'the applications received for the position of milk manager for the city of WellingtoYi that the nnnies hud been reduced to'two The council, when the matter was considered in" , committee, made no decision as between the two men, but decided to ask both of them to furnish' a; Teport as to how the municipal' milk ' distributing scheme for the city should be put into operation, describing same jn all its various details from the time the milk, is received to the time it is delivered, and paid for by consumers. The council does not commit itself to the appointment as manager of the applicant who hhnpens to furnish the better scheme, bnfit is considered thai both reports might furnish ideas which would be valuable in association. :
